Essential functions & responsibilities of
Productions Staff:
Build & Shape Formwork
Turn ideas into reality by creating molds from wood, foam, rubber, and other materials. You’ll use CAD drawings as your guide to bring each design to life.
Get Hands-On With CNC Technology
Use (or learn to use!) our CNC router and foam cutter to craft clean, precise components that make every project look incredible.
Master Your Craft
From table saws and band saws to sanders and pneumatic tools, you’ll work with a variety of equipment as you build and finish molds with accuracy and pride.
Team Up & Collaborate
Work side-by-side with our design and production teams to make sure every mold is perfect and ready for concrete pouring. Great teamwork = great results.
Solve Problems With Creativity
Every project is different: so you’ll use your resourcefulness and hands-on skills to turn complex ideas into solid, high-quality precast forms.
Be Tech-Savvy (Or Ready to Learn!)
Whether you already have experience with CNC machinery or you're excited to learn, this role gives you the chance to grow your technical skills.
